Portal, Mod Smilies, .ICO....

Yes, thats right. I'm working on making custom smilies for our staff (even though we only have three people, well two right now, but someone else I know is going to join, lol)
Also, we are going to have a custom .ICO icon. This might happen today.
Next, I added a portal, and this will be updated very soon with widgets. We are going to try to put the Club Penguin advertisement video in one of the widgets.
I'm mostly excited about the .ICO icon! If you don't know what this is, it's the little web icon up by the address bar.
And the last announcement we have, Ranks! On some forums, your rank gets changed with how many posts you have. We are going to have this!
